Bio

I was drawn to CrossFit after growing bored with the typical global gym routine – back on Mondays, legs on Tuesdays, etc. The ‘ready for anything’ approach of functional fitness appealed to my desire to be better at life as opposed to excelling at keeping a monotonous gym routine. My background in fitness is rooted in the strenuous training I endured during my time as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army Special Forces. As a coach, I want to help you increase your awareness of fitness and push your mental and physical capabilities to their highest potential.
