Program Description

At C2, Strength and Conditioning isn’t just a workout — it’s a tested system for becoming stronger, faster, and more resilient, both physically and mentally. Rooted in real coaching and intelligent programming, our Strength and Conditioning classes are designed to meet you where you are and move you forward with purpose.


Each class combines strength, skill, and conditioning, creating a complete training experience built to get results. You’ll be coached through barbell lifts, functional movements, mobility, and high-intensity intervals in a way that is both scalable and effective — whether you’re brand new to fitness or chasing your next personal best.
