A full Evolt 360 body composition scan, a movement quality screen, a goal intake conversation, and a written 90-day program recommendation.
We know who we are coaching before we start coaching them.
Performance Measured
Every member has a C2 Performance File. Evolt 360 scan history, movement quality scores, coaching observations, and documented goals updated quarterly.
Your data does not disappear after your first session.

These are the membership options we typically discuss after an Intro Consult, once we understand goals, schedule, and training history. Pricing is shared here for clarity, not self selection.
Unlimited Classes
$49 per week
Billed every 4 weeks
This option is best for members who benefit from flexibility while following a structured program. Training frequency is adjusted based on recovery, goals, and overall capacity, not forced volume.
3 Classes Per Week
$39 per week
Billed every 4 weeks
Three coached group sessions per week.
This option works well for busy adults who want consistent training, clear structure, and steady progress without overreaching.
