We Know You Before We Coach You

Most gyms hand you a schedule. We start with data.

The Performance Assessment is a 75 minute private session. Evolt 360 body composition scan, movement quality screen, goal intake, and a written 90 day program recommendation.

It is included with our higher tier memberships and open to any member who wants one.

Not required. Just the difference between a program built for you and a program you hope works.


Note: Included in Performance and Elite memberships. Available as an add-on for all members.

How C2 Trains


Three principles that define how we coach every session and every member.

Block 1: Assessment Before Strategy


Every serious training decision at C2 starts with data. Body composition, movement quality, training history.


We measure what matters, and we build the plan from there. No guessing. No generic templates.

Block 2: Programmed to Interlock


Every class at C2 is coordinated with every other class. You can flow from CrossFit to HybridFit to Strength Lab to Engine to Lift without overstimulating the same movement patterns or energy systems. The programming does the thinking so you can just train.

Load is progressive. Recovery is intentional. Skill work compounds over months, not weeks.


This is training you can do at 45 and still be doing at 65.
