Intro Consult
A Clear Starting Point. A Smarter Training Plan.
This is not a workout.
It’s a conversation designed to understand your goals, your history, and the right training approach for you.
01.
Book an Intro Consult
Your journey starts with a one on one conversation with a coach. This is not a workout. It is a chance to discuss your goals, training background, injuries, schedule, and expectations.
02.
Clarify the Right Path Forward
During your Intro Consult, we will explain how our programs are structured, how coaching works inside our group environment, and what approach makes the most sense for you based on your needs. You’ll leave knowing exactly what makes sense for your body, your schedule, and your long-term goals.
03.
Begin Training With Structure
If we agree that training at C2 is a good fit, we will outline a clear plan and help you get started in the program that best supports your long term progress.
Training at C2 is built around progress, not exhaustion, and is designed to support your health years from now, not just today.
Intro Consult FAQs
Is the Intro Consult a workout?
No. The Intro Consult is a conversation. There is no workout, no pressure to perform, and no expectations to push intensity. This time is used to understand your goals, background, and what you actually need to train well.
Who will I meet with?
You’ll meet one on one with a coach. This is not a front desk conversation. It’s a coaching discussion focused on clarity, structure, and the right next step.
Do I need CrossFit experience?
No. Many people we work with are new to structured strength training or returning after time away. The consult allows us to recommend the appropriate starting point based on your experience and capacity.
Is there pressure to sign up?
No. The goal of the Intro Consult is alignment, not pressure. If training at C2 makes sense for you, we’ll outline a clear plan. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you honestly.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and any questions you have. There’s nothing to prepare and nothing to commit to during the consult.
How long does the Intro Consult take?
Plan for about 30 minutes. This gives us enough time to understand your goals, answer questions, and determine the right next step without rushing.
